Consumer Insights & Analytics Senior Analyst

Will take charge of the analysis below and introduce effective recommendations and measures :

Customer's LTV analysis · Segmentation analysis of customers and recommendations for business use

Customer behavior analysis and recommendations of TV and digital devi

Measurement and recommendation of various marketing measures

Data analysis and modeling using statistical software etc, and test of measures using model

Qualification requirements

Marketing / analytical experience at consulting company, think-tank, research company, or B2C company (mail-order, distribution, e-commerce) for over 7 years.

· 3 years of experience led by team

· Material creation in English

· Presentation experience at least 3 year

· Business level English ability

· Analytical power, business insight

·Teamwork

· Responding flexibly to the situation

· Positive feelings and challenging spirit

· Numerical analysis skill (Using Excel function · Pivot Table · Filter etc.)

Welcoming experience / ability

Experience of customer voice analysis by text mining

· Experience of LTV and customer segmentation using purchasing history

· Analysis of customer trends in various media (TV, EC site, etc.)

· Measurement and recommendation of various marketing measures

· Experience of statistical software such as SAS, R
