Qualifications :
- Has MBA
- Has “interest” in digital (meaning they do NOT need to have experience in digital)
- Graduated from top university
- Fluent Japanese (JLPT 1), business level English

This is important because you can harness this as you are doing the big picture thinking to drive the clients digital strategy helping them to make data driven decisions collaborating with the company's Data Scientists as well as those in the Data Lab to actually implement the strategies and make it happen for the client.
