Consulting in these areas:
· M & A strategy
· Strategic due diligence
· Reorganization · Playback Strategy
Experience wanted:
· In M & A related services, acquire autonomous projects, PJ team's
People who can expect reading etc.
· Consulting and / or M & A experience is above a certain level
Skills :
- M & A experienced
- PJ experience such as medium-term plan formulation related to M & A, support for overseas expansion, etc.
- DD experienced business, personnel affairs etc
- M & A advisory experience
- M & A experienced person in industry
English ability is needed
· Consulting experience
· FAS, audit corporation experience
· Securities company, IB experience
· M & A experience of the operating company
· Investment fund, venture capital experience
