This unit does a lot of work in the Life Science sector and Life Science does a lot of spending and is currently experiencing growth. 80% of clients are Life Science & 20% Consumer Retail
Roles: Associate Director and Senior Consultant needed in this growing unit. Consulting experience in IT, Operational and ideally Healthcare related.
Languages: For Associate Director bilingual Japanese & English is best but possible for non bilinguals. For Senior Consultants must be bilingual, Japanese/ English.
Necessary Experience:
For Asociate Director - Looking for a Senior Manager or Associate Director that has 10 years experience and the type that knows how to talk to C-level executives. Life Science or Healthcare experience is best but other strategy experience also good. Understanding full cycle of consulting to find opportunities, propose, win it and deliver it.
For Senior Consultant need to be bilingual. Consultants or Senior Consultants from consulting or from Life Science, Pharma or Consumer Retail with Marketing or Strategy Planning. Skills in writing proposals, Structuring projects, and Building relationships with clients.
What they are doing:
Corporate and Business Unit Strategy, Customer & Marketing Strategy Innovation, Business Transformation. Some of this includes Showing senior execs how to use digital strategy so it becomes integral to their business strategy, Help CMOs accelerate growth and define and deliver marketing excellence in their own context.
