Duties and Responsibilities

- Research online to find candidates with backgrounds that are a match for our clients career opportunities, using our High Caliber database and more.

- Engage candidates on the phone to tell them about career opportunities at top consulting companies with high pay.

- Schedule follow-up screening calls between candidates and yourself or other Catalyzers 

- Assist candidates during the recruitment process to prepare for interviews

- Schedule meetings with our candidates and our clients

- Maintaining company internal database by inputting candidate info correctly

- If you are Consultant level then do business development with some of the top companies in the world while working directly with Partners of the worlds largest consulting firms.

Needed :

- English speaking ability (Need full English fluency)

- Serious Drive and Integrity. (everything else we can teach with world class training)

- 1year experience in recruiting or sales experience

You are good at or you have :

- Ability to communicate well in professional tone through telephone calls with manager level and above, professionals

- Email management, to reply with correct and persuasive tone

- Precise data entry to get correct info. into CRM consistently

- Analytical skills (boolean search, etc)

Extra Awesome:

- Previous experience using Bullhorn (CRM)

- Japanese language ability

- Masters degree

Associate 750,000+ PHP per year attained compensation. Yes, really!

Consultant 2,000,000+ PHP per year attained compensation. Yes, really!

Eligible for promotion every 6 months

To Senior Associate With commission 70,000+ monthly (35,000PHP base salary)

To Managing Associate With commission 90,000+ monthly (40,000php base salary)

To Consultant With commission is 2,000,000+

To Associate VP (With commission is 2,500,000php+)

To VP (With commission is 3,500,000php+)
