CRM strategy consultant
This Big4 company is growing advisory business in CRM domain widely to client companies that are global. In particular, we are focusing in the following areas.
Improve customer experience (CX), product / service design / bundling, support for channel strategy development
Optimization of products / services prices, price promotion (bargain sales) efficiency improvement, trading system optimization
Operating model design, system conception / introduction support (CRM, EC)
Formulation and execution of touch point (channel) optimization policy of contact center and sales etc. for Japanese companies and foreign capital companies
Experience in Industry :
Experience in consulting farm
Experience with system integrator and software vendor
Experience in marketing and sales planning at a (foreign-owned) manufacturer
Work Experience :
1. Improve profit from data analysis as a starting point
Knowledge of quantitative analysis: If possible, statistical analysis software such as SAS and SPSS, SQL and simple macro creation
2. Customer touch point reform (Channel Optimization)
Experienced person in call center planning and operation (senior consultant / consultant)
System planning of CRM and call center, functional design, project management experience (senior consultant / consultant)
Consulting in the reform of CRM, CEM, call center etc. (experience of designing customer strategy, designing customer experience etc) (Manager Up)
Consulting experience of channel strategy (Web / SNS / contact center / sales etc.) (Manager Up)
Experience per Role :
For employment above manager:
Multiple experience in project management work (over 2 years)
Welcomed experience :
Experienced people who introduced ERP such as SAP · Oracle (especially SAP)
Global business reform · Experienced IT project
Those who would like to challenge global projects based on IT / consulting experience so far
Those who experienced system mounting process mainly as SE, those who want to challenge consistent consultation from upstream process
Language :
Japanese native or more than business
English is not required, but welcomed and very helpful to expand the width and depth of business
Skills / Qualifications :
Excellent logical thinking ability and communication skill
PMP, SqFDC certification
