Hiring Associates to Partner
Transactional services, private equity, head of Digital
- Big4 FAS = M&A, Financial DD, corporate finance, valuation, strategy, forensic (cyber), structure teams
Preferred Needs:
- Financial accounting background for financial DD
- JPCPA/USCPA
- Audit for 4-5 years then wanna join transactions from other Big 4
- Typical M&A deals: Japanese buyer + seller OR cross-border from Japan to overseas OR foreign buyer coming to Japan
- Post M&A: operational management
- IT diligence, HR diligence
- PMO in big organisations
- IT consulting experience
Strategy :
- Investment banks background
- Domestic securities firms working in cross-border
Digital :
- Customer-facing to the extent that the project tames are getting them to support
JD:
- Accelerate service time,
Language :
Bilingual, Native Japanese.
