UI / UX designers, data scientists, researchers, such as developers, standard work in small project teams along side experts and colleagues. You will assist Solution Owners and Projects informatics informativeness process, formulating and challenging hypothesis, communicating recommendations and solutions for our clients needs.
Roles and Responsibilities
• Assist Solution Owners in engagements with stakeholders (Project / Product management)
• Discover and apply new digital trends, ideas and unique solutions to complex and transformational business problems
• Continuously provide insights and direction to team and stakeholders to maintain consistency across stakeholder groups

Experiences / Skills
• Experience in project management and understanding of Agile methodology
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and other Microsoft Office tools
• Experience in visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and others is a plus
• Combination of strategic and analytical insights with a passion for technology
Language Skills
• Fluent in both Japanese and English language
The Ideal Candidate Will
• Have a high level of communication skills and the ability to effectively bridge gaps across various stakeholders and team members
• Be creative, yet disciplined in their approach and constantly engaged in learning new things to support the transformation agenda
• Be a self-motivator and possess the communication skills and character to constantly engage with a fast-paced, always changing team
• Have discipline in use and learning software to improve project work flow (Program management like capabilities)
