Consulting in accounting finance field, project manager experience
Senior managers can skillfully handle 2 to 3 projects and handle delivery and experience
Person who has experience in finance related accounting at consulting farm 5 - 7 years or more (Practical experience at audit corporation or business company will be considered separately, even in that case consulting business at consulting farm Those who have experience in engaging).
The introduction of accounting system and experience of BPR project in the same area, who can cope upstream of system related projects.
Person who has IFRS introduction experience, accounting technical knowledge and accounting operation knowledge, consulting experience, advisory / non-audit work experience of audit corporation 5 years or more.
Experience in business reform in the indirect business department including accounting finance 5 ~ 9 years in the consulting firm, experience of sales / business shift · operation management of onsite / nearshore / offshore SSC / BPO 3 ~ 5 Person who is over a year.
Welcomed Experience
· Experience of 'Upstream' such as planning accounting system concept
· Explain to Global Management in Japanese / English · Ability to negotiate
· Certified public accountant or USCPA
· SSC / BPO related project experience for global companies
· Experience engaged in RPA advisory
Senior Consultant / Consultant
Person who has accounting service related consulting experience or accounting system introduction experience in accounting system or IT farm for at least 3 years or more. (Consideration of years of accounting practical experience in audit firms and operating companies is taken into consideration)
Person who has experience of accounting related system introduction for 3-5 years or more.
People who have worked in the SE background accounting or IT farm.
Experience of introducing IFRS, experience in engaging in IFRS operations, or engaging in IFRS operations, plus either:
Experience in accounting practice at an operating company (large enterprise) 5 to 7 years.
About 3 years or more experience of introducing accounting system in farm or Sier.
3 years or more of advisory experience of accounting finance project in audit corporation or audit corporation farm.
Person who has over 3 years experience in business reform in the indirect business department including accounting finance and has over 1 year experience in business analysis · business transition · operation management of onsite / nearshore / offshore SSC / BPO at consult farm.
Welcomed Experience
· Accounting practice at a business company (large company), or business planning operation experience for 3 to 7 years.
· Ability to explain with Global Management in Japanese / English
· RPA advisory experience, or RPA user experience
