Job Description :
Will lead middle-to-large BPR, PMO, PMI projects (introduction of contract management system and distribution system) as a bilingual consultant.
Knowledge of key business processes (new contracts, contract management, insurance claims etc.) of the insurance industry and PMO experience.
BPP, PMO and PMI project (Policy Admin System, Distribution System etc.)
Candidate should have knowledge of insurance key business processes (new business, claim and policy maintenance ), and PMO experience.
QUALIFICATION :
Bilingual (English and Japanese) , most of the clients are insurance companies that develop business globally.
* If you can not speak English, it is possible if the candidate has sufficient ability, knowledge or high potential in management consulting or life / non-life industry.
As a project manager, excellent communication skills and can manage senior level of clients.
As a junior staff, based on practical knowledge and experience, you can actively promote all project activities with a team member.
Experience :
Preferred in consulting industry experience. (Experience working in an insurance company and SIer that develops business globally, but having knowledge in the fields of products · mathematics, marketing, operations, finance · accounting, systems and transformation etc)
Consulting Background Is Preferable (. Decent work experience at global insurer or system integrator can be acceptable a candidate has Industry knowledge in product / actuarial, marketing, operation, finance, IT and transformation area, etc.)
