* 1-3 year experience to work as a leader of HR organization / team or * Work as specialist of the labor related matters in a big company * Have an experience of people management preferrable * Have an experience to work in multi-culture atmosphere
Location yokohama
Languge Japanese fluent (especially reading and writing) and English fluent preferable
Monthly Overtime Work as management position
Duties & Responsibility
Take a responsibility of Human Resources and General Affairs matters getting support of your supervisor. (1) Recruiting and personnel related (Manage hiring channels, recruiting process, and then manage internal personnel movings) (2) Talent management (Manage and create training opportunities, Manage personal talent and development, Update training related tools, Recognition) (3) Payroll related including social insurance and tax (Manage salary payment process and personal database) (4) Labor issue related including union matters (Handle labor law and company rule related matters, personal issues of employee) (5) Maintain and coordinate working environment (Recognize latest working environment and improve it not only hardware, but also software as well like managing benefit policy and so on) (6) BoD related (Preparation board member meeting, shareholder meeting, and its wrap up (7) Other area of internal and external affairs excluding legal and health & safety matters. (neighborhood community exchange, manage land asset and so on).
Lead, motivate and develop allocated employees by target agreements and performance evaluations on the basis of the mission statement. Ensure target-oriented internal communication and task related qualification.
Support In-charge of Recruiting, Payroll, General Affairs and Talent Management
Expect to support Legal and Health & Safety area.
Manage all HR team attendance and working behavior

Knowlegde of Japanese labor law related
Knowledge of the way of payroll calculation, social insurance and tax related (income tax and residence tax)
