RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Support for construction of global legal compliance structure
· Assessment of bribery risk assessment, establishment of correspondence structure
· Improvement of support
· Establishment of system to respond to various compliance violations
· Establishment of quality compliance system such as quality fraud countermeasure
· Utilization of digital technology Supporting establishment of legal regulation correspondence system
· Group legal function · Support for sophistication of legal department
QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:
Knowledge related to legal compliance
Knowledge on internal control and corporate governance
Lawyer qualifications (regardless of domestic and overseas)
Legal department · Compliance department etc.
Experience of working in Government office · local government · group · independent administrative institution etc,
Work experience involved in surveying, planning and executing laws
Graduates from law school, (regardless of domestic and overseas)
LANGUAGE:
Business level English
