This Big4 Transaction Advisory Service provides lead advisory services from the start of a merger, until the merger is complete. Responsibilities:
Provide M&A strategy support onshore and offshore
Provide potential buy/sell targets for our clients to realize their M&A goals
Advise and executive process management initiatives for our clients
Advise on negotiating terms & conditions
Advise clients on deal structuring
Calculation of buy/sell values, trading stocks, and transfer ratio
Overall support for cross border M&A transactions
Positions and their Qualifications :
Vice President:
More than 7 years of M&A advisory experience within a professional service firms, investment bank, or securities firm
Strong project management and proven business development records
Strong leadership and team management skills
Extensive valuation and modeling skills are required
Japanese or US CPA qualification or MBA desired
Business level Japanese is essential coupled with strong spoken and written English
Experience in project management of cross-border projects preferred
Associate :
M&A execution experience (must have valuation skills)
1 ~ 5+ years of experience in M&A advisory especially for listed companies
Experience working in M&A products, ECM, or IPO team in investment bank or securities firm
Business level English preferred
CPA (US, Japan) certification holder preferred
Analyst :
More than 1 year of experience in M&A advisory
Work experience in investment banking, M&A products division in domestic securities, and accounting firms preferred
Business English level
CPA (US, Japan) certification holder preferred
