Preferred Experience / Skill :
M & A advisory work experience of 5 years or more at investment bank · securities company, bank, accounting firm advisory firm, or independent M & A advisory firm, and as a leader of practical affairs in project execution Those who have compiled a compilation.
M & to A advisory business experience and business companies.
M & A transactions parties, has more than 5 years of M & A Execution experience, and, in the projects carried out, practice Experienced people who have assembled teams as leaders.
Bachelor's degree over 4-year college degree.
MBA, certified public accountant (Japan · USA).
Securities analyst, tax accountant etc. qualifications welcomed.
