- Hiring From junior staff to Director. 
- Lots of growth in this unit. Have more clients than they have enough people to serve them. This means fast growth promotion opportunities 
- Assists strategic and operational aspect of post-investment on buy-side
- PMI team is based in the Transaction Services in FAS providing Financial DD --> make strong lead from FDD through PMI b/c it's in the same continuous M&A life cycle.
- Huge opportunities to monetize arisen from FDD to realize the PMI work. 


Business Japanese and English needed

Ideal candidates: 

- Management Consulting with M&A / PMI exp

-Non-Big 4 OK
- Good people and communication skills, not so much about numbers b/c you'd be assisting CEOs discuss integration processes
- X expert in FDD, X need for CPA, X need for investment banking experience 

"JD" or Types of projects:
- Provide overall PMI advisory (top management): not only IT, not only HR
- Develop integration vision
- Help client communicate with target companies in other countries to make buying consensus in terms of PMI approach; facilitating discussions
- Guide clients to make successful PMI
- Organizational design, strategy
- Provide additional HR and IT support at later stages
- Expand cross-border buy and sell-side business

Interview process: 
2-3 depending on position.
