Specific job contents are as follows.
1 . Project manager
- Project management work in consulting project focusing on business application introduction support
- Relationship management with clients
- (For offshore projects ) Collaboration with offshore team
2 . Business analyst
- Business requirements analysis on introduction of client's business application
- Scrutiny of test cases based on business scenarios
- Collaboration with related parties such as client's business users such as stakeholders
3 . Technical consultant
- Specification analysis / creation of technical solutions (RPA , financial core business package, data analytics, AI , other digital solutions etc)
- Implementation support for technical solution
- Support testing for technical solutions
4 . Project Promotion Consultant
- Supporting project client governance building in clients
- Project management support promotion support at client
- Adjustment of interest in client project
Regarding job titles over managers, it is also required to contribute to the acquisition of new projects and continuing projects, and to participate in guidance and training of members.
Experience / Qualification
Senior Manager ~ Manager class: Over 5 years experience related to each job function in financial institution
Management experience in the consulting farm is recommended.
Senior Consultant - Consultant Class: Experience of about 3 to 5 years concerning each job function in the financial institution
All those who have experienced in the consulting farm and experienced global projects are welcome.
Language :
Native Japanese or Business
English is not essential, but business level people are welcome.
