ABOUT Transaction Diligence (TD) :
The TD team works with many of the world’s largest organizations, fastest-growing companies and private equity firms on some of the most complex deals in the global market. And we leverage this experience to provide assistance on transactions of all sizes. Through analysis of financial, commercial and operational data, our industry-aligned transaction support professionals provide insights to key decision-makers that help them increase value and reduce the risks and uncertainty inherent in transactions. Our teams identify key value drivers, challenge assumptions about future performance, search for and advise on hidden value and work with other EY service teams to deliver an integrated approach to our clients before, during and after the transaction.
Responsibilities :
Financial due diligence (Sell side / Buy side)
Deal structuring support
Drafting contracts and contract negotiations support

Manager - Senior Consultant - Consultant
Preferred Qualifications For Role
Manager :
JCPA or USCPA qualification
Must have more than 5 years of Financial due diligence experience, as well as more than a year of Auditor-In-Charge experience to be responsible for an audit team of 5 – 6 staffs.
Ability to manage teams.
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage with client companies.
Standard knowledge of accounting and finance must be kept up-to-date
Project management experience in cross-border projects is preferred.
Overseas working experience is preferred.
Senior Consultant/ Consultant :
More than 1-year of Auditor experience (especially experience with corporate client in general corporate industry sector).
M&A execution / financial due diligence experience is preferred but not a must. (Those who want to change their career to Transaction Business are highly welcomed)
Experienced in financial corporate planning in a multinational company
Numerical acumen / ability to process large volume of information and data are highly welcomed.
Aspire to improve oneself, an inquiring mind, and proactive in performing work
Overseas working experience is preferred.
Language :
Native Level Japanese.
Business English not required but welcomed.
