SCM Strategy & Operation consultant

For various business challenges and needs in above field of clients, we evaluate the true nature of the client's competitive advantages, value proposition, and management style. Using skills of strategy, operation/organization reformation, IT, performance evaluation, change management, we provide and execute strategies for the best solutions, iterating analysis and integration. 

Supply Chain Strategy formulation support
Supply Chain examination
S&OP structure support S&OP Sales & Operation Planning
SCM system structure support
Supply Chain Planning (Purchase plan/ Production plan etc) advancement support
Distribution network restructuring support
Functional strategy/ Conceptualization support
Strategy mapping/KPI formulation support
ERP system introduction, restructure, global expansion support+B19
Individual issue resolution support such as stock reduction/Lead time shortening etc
Post integration support B13 PMI Post Merger Integration

SAP(SD/MM/APO/PP/WM)
Oracle
EBS SCM MFG 
PMO


Requirements
At least 3years of experience
Language skill (Japanese): Business level

Work experience as any of the following:
Consulting in supply chain management, strategy formulation, business revitalization field 
Supply chain unit/ Product planning unit/ Procurement unit/ Production management unit/ Distribution planning/ After service planning/ Corporate planning/ Business planning (better to have experience internal projects of operational reformation/improvement, system introduction) 
Introduction/development of ERP package 
experience in supply chain field isn't required 
System introduction/development above field


Helpful Experience or Qualifications :
Language (English): Business class 
Certification related to SCM/MFG module such as SAP(SD/MM/APO/PP/WM), Oracle EBS

We focus on followings of process & technology transformation process.
Strategy , Planning, and Blueprint phase. 
PMO support for implementation phase.
